Carol's Bio!

Carol Dilley Jaudes appeared for five years on Broadway as Jennyanydots, the tap-dancing Gumbie Cat in the hit musical CATS.

Her career as a professional actress gave her opportunities to perform across the United States, Canada and Great Britain. Some of Carol's favorite roles have been Maria in THE SOUND OF MUSIC at The North Carolina Theatre, Eileen in Off-Broadway's TOO MANY GIRLS, and Annelle in STEEL MAGNOLIAS, Harpo in DAY IN HOLLYWOOD/NIGHT IN THE UKRAINE and the woman in TOMFOOLERY at The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis. She also enjoyed starring in the title role of HELLO DOLLY! At Music Theatre of Wichita.

Carol has received the coveted Joseph Jefferson Award for Best Leading Actress in Chicago Music Theatre for her performance of Young Belle in LITTLE ME. She recreated the portrayal at Washington, DC's Ford's Theatre earning a Helen Hayes Award Nomination.

Carol is currently Special Events and Arts Ministries Director for The Eastern Territory of The Salvation Army. She has recently released her first solo vocal CD titled "This Day." Her acting team, TAM, travels throughout the Eastern Territory and the United States communicating God's message through drama.

She is a soldier at the Montclair Citadel Salvation Army where she serves as YPSM (Young People's Sergeant Major). Carol is married to Broadway trumpet player, Chris Jaudes.
